知っておくべきこと
RimpactMTB.comから直接購入した場合の返品ポリシー
ポリシーは30日間続きます。ご購入から30日が経過している場合、申し訳ございませんが返金・交換は承っておりませんが、ご相談に応じますのでご連絡ください。
返品の対象となるには、アイテムが未使用で、受け取ったときと同じ状態である必要があります。また、元のパッケージに含まれている必要があります。返品を完了するには、領収書または購入証明書が必要です。参照番号についてカスタマーサービスチームに連絡するまで、購入品を返送しないでください。私たちのメールアドレスはcustomerservice@rimpactmtb.comです。

払い戻しが遅れている、または不足している：
まだ払い戻しを受け取っていない場合は、最初に銀行口座をもう一度確認してください。
その後、クレジットカード会社に連絡してください。払い戻しが正式に通知されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。
次に銀行に連絡してください。多くの場合、払い戻しが通知されるまでに処理時間がかかります。

交換：
